Empire China

The pho is phantastic! The pineapple fried rice and the pad thai are delicious too.  Portions are generous and service is friendly.

This place is a hidden gem. This was my first experience with Chinese food (though specializing in Vietnamese food) about 10 years ago. Absolutely delicious food and consistent. The owner does it all and is such a joy to talk to. My wife and I (and now our son) eat here at least annually for a Valentine's Day tradition!

Just found the BEST PHO in the tri-state area right here in WV. I even hesitated...Pho in a chinese restaurant usually isn't quite as good. I was so very surprised; Empire China definitely has a new regular customer.

I chose to visit Empire China based on Yelp reviews. I must say I was very pleased with my dinner. The Pho soup was delicious and the portions are very generous. I had my first Pho in California at a Vietnamese community market. This Pho is very comparable to what I've had before. The chicken friend rice was very tasty, too. We wilillbe back.

Diamond in the rough for Martinsburg.   We always get the Pho.  The beef pho ia excellent you can clearly taste the lemon grass and star anise.   Spring rolls are good too.
